I have a lot of very long pothos vines that became very unwieldy. So I got these plant vine clips and they worked out great! I have orange peel walls and they still stuck on pretty good. What I found annoying was that they were difficult to open. I did figure out that you kinda need to pinch the end to allow them to unlock and then it opens easily. I had to sort this out on my own because there weren't instructions. Even though it was annoying to open them at first, I am happy they don't just flop open from the resistance or weight of the plant vines. They're pretty secure. Happy with my purchase! You can't even see how the vines are connected to the walls :)
Like so many other people did in 2020, I started a hobby in keeping house plants. After watching many videos about building a mini greenhouse, I decided to try my hand at it as well! It was an exceptional success! However, once my plants started thriving in their new enclosure, I found I had a bit of an issue helping my vining plants find more light as they grew in length. These clips not only hold my vines both securely and gently, but they also don’t detract from the over all look of my mini green house! They look great, they stick REALLY WELL to all types of surfaces, and the clips allow for growth without squeezing the plant. Out of the pack I used, a couple of the clips were a little tricky to open the first time, but over all they are easy to install, use, and move.
These are such a clever little product! They come with little adhesive stickers that you apply to the backs of the clips. Installation was simple, they flip open and there is a channel in the clip where you can safely put the plant stem. Then you just snap them closed.I love that they are green, they are completely invisible once you get them installed. You get a ton of them for the money, enough that I could have done three more plants if I wanted to.I've only had them up for a couple of days but I'm super impressed in that time. The adhesive is extremely strong, in fact that is one thing I'm concerned about is whether or not they will be easy to remove. They don't apply with a standard sticker, rather it's a soft, gelatinous sticky pad. I'm hoping that the material means that it will make them easy to remove if necessary. The only other concern I have about these devices are how difficult they can be to open once you snap them closed. You do have to kind of pry them open which may not be especially easy to do once they are in place on the wall. That said from what I have seen so far I would happily buy this product again.
