What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes between 3-6 business days. This includes 0 to 1 days for processing and 3 to 5 days for shipping and transit.
Do you charge for shipping?
- Orders ₹499 and above – Free shipping
- Orders below ₹499 – Flat ₹50 shipping fee
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
FactoryBuy offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@factorybuy.in with your order number and reason for the return.

How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
