Payment Method

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

Is it safe to shop on Factorybuy?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days. This includes 1 to 3 days for processing and 3 to 4 days for shipping and transit.

Do you charge for shipping?

  • Orders ₹499 and above – Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹499 – ₹50 shipping fee

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

Are there any return charges?

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items – Full refund, no fee
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind) – ₹100 restocking fee is deducted from the refund

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is approved. Refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account you provide.
