Multipurpose Security Cable Lock

Excellent product. Strong and lock works very well. Don't laugh - I use it to lock-up the new NYC trash containers (Black, Blue & Green). All NYC homeowners must have them it's the law.

Perfect to add a much needed layer of security to your cars bike rack. The lock mechanism is super smooth and waterproof and the smooth thick covered cable threads (and un-threads) quickly and easily through your bikes without getting caught on anything. Even the most expensive bike rack that is most highly rated for security is only secure because it has a thin cable that you can wind around your bikes this is much thicker andwill slow the thieves down much more and give you a bit longer of Peace of Mind so you can go into a restaurant and get something to eat after a good ride - hopefully long enough so you can at least get through your appetizer before you have to run out of the restaurant to try and stop them from stealing your bikes in the parking lot. Lol. But seriously it's thick and it's a bright blue deterrent and they're much more likely to steal someone else's bikes instead....
