Quality of rubber bottle is good. The cork fits well.Size: big enoughCapacity: 2LThe cloth cover quality looks good. But it insulates a lot.The instructions state don't use boiling water, so i used hot water. With that if you put the cover, very less heat is felt.Use: Helps a lot with back pain and stiffness. :)Overall a costly buy. You can buy same quality for cheaper amount in local markets. I bought it because it came with the cover, but looks like i can't use it afterall. XD
It's pretty much a standard hot water bag, the quality is good. I did see the water color change a little to the color of the rubber after one use but it didn't seem out of the ordinary. The rubber itself is thick and strong much like other hot water bags. The fleece covering is great. I feel like it helped it stay warm longer (for a good 3 hours at least) and is comfortable and won't burn you.Overall, I'm happy with the product. The only thing and it's not a con per se is that some sort of chain could be provided to keep the cap attached to the bottle although holes are provided so you can tie a ribbon or something yourself.
UPDATE:There is a provision for attaching the plastic stopper to the bag. There is a hole being provided on the stopper and can be attached to the bag with a string by punching a hole in the spot marked on the bag on the top.-------------------------------------------------I bought this for Rs 237/- and following are my observations.Instructions:Do not use boiling water and fill to a max of 2/3 of the capacity. Lower the bag on a flat surface carefully till the air is expelled and water appears at the opening. Screw the stopper sufficiently tight. check for and leakage by inverting the bag.Pros:- No leakages observed and the rubber quality is decent.- The plastic stopper is of good quality but not attached to the bag by a string so always keep it capped even when not in use so it's not misplaced.- One side is ribbed and one is plain which is good as one can use the ribbed side for less heat and plain side for more.- There is an outer casing made of cloth. Use of it am not sure but think it's for storing the bag when not is use and not to be used otherwise when using the bag.Cons:- None so far.VERDICT - A good quality hot water bottle with a reasonable price tag.
Very useful product for those suffering from back pain and quality is very good
