It is a good and useful product. Pricing could be explored to travel a bit southwards. However, the post sales support of Agaro is commendable. Their staff also extend positive attitude in supporting customers and resolving their issues. I would like to commend the attitude exhibited by their Technical Support lady, Ms Paromita. Her actions were ethical, issue was studied, fault identified and speedily resolved. I have bought a couple of other Agaro products, including a Coffee Maker and a TENS Machine: Agaro’s support is equally good across all products. A worthwhile investment.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received regarding an Agaro product. The product itself is fantastic and very useful, but unfortunately, it developed a charging issue within a few months of purchase.Anirban Kar from your customer service team was incredibly helpful. He quickly understood the problem and arranged for a new product to be replaced without any hassle. I am very grateful for his understanding and support.Overall, I would rate both the product and the customer service 5 stars.

Good quality product, working well although wish jar had a neck to hold onto while opening the bottle for refilling, due to smooth surface (blue portion), item has slipped and already fallen a couple of times.

After 2 1/2months stopped working ...contacted the customer care support and they replaced it . Thankyou Agaro for good customer care support.

I liked the spray bottle of Agaro very much because it is very easy to use. There is no problem with this spray bottle, just charge it and use it, I have become its fan 😘⭐⭐⭐⭐I was longing for a spray bottle like this This spray bottle has become my all time favourite. I use it for many works. Whenever I have to iron clothes, I spray water on the cloth with this and also water the plants.
