I like the personal fan. It’s cooling. The white noise makes me sleep so much better.

I would recommend this , it really does cool a room down!

works as advertised , the only improvement would be to make it rechargeable and portable, but it does cool the immediate area in front of it , its a personal swamp cooler , multi-speed , you can turn mister on or off , and has multiple color options or you can turn them off , quiet operation, just add chilled water or ice , for best effect

Freeze the cool pack and put cold water with ice in container and refrigerate. It is the ultimate mini vacay. My a/c was out 2 weeks in a heat wave and someone gave me this to use. I bought 1 right after.
