This cup is the first that feels perfect in my hand, and finally helped me quit a very expensive Starbucks habit. It keeps my coffee as warm as any other travel mug I’ve ever used, and since it’s glass it can actually be thoroughly cleaned and doesn’t retain any odor. I feel like the stainless steel mugs always have an after odour. I saw some reviews saying that the cup leaks, and it does if the drink is too hot. I had to be careful in the beginning, but now it’s a habit, I don’t even think about it anymore. I love the band, it definitely protects my handrecommend. Definitely recommend.

If I could give this ten stars, I would. This is the absolute without a doubt best cup of its kind EVER. It has a stopper that makes it splash proof and protects the mouth opening from getting contaminated. And that is 100% effective. The cup is indeed microwave and dishwasher safe. It keeps my tea warm for about 1-2 hrs. But it is not a thermos. It is not intended to be a thermos. There is NO PLASTIC TASTE WHATSOEVER!!! I cannot stress enough how important that is to the integrity of the tea. The cup has a warm and soft feel to it. It also has a very well made stylish look. If you need a to-go cup that is not a piece of plastic junk, yet can be put in the dishwasher and microwave, keep your drinks warm or cold for a reasonable amount of time, keep the mouth opening dust free, is shatter proof, and actually eco-friendly!!! then this is your cup. Period.

It was almost impossible for me to find any kind of reusable cup which I can carry around with ease for hot beverages and those available are either metal or plastic. I am so happy to find a glass cup finally and what a cup!!! The glass seems quite strong, no plasticky smell, lid is easy to use, remove and wash, and cup fits well in hand. The design of the cup is so cool and premium that drinking out of it literally feels like I am sitting in starbucks. This product is definitely class apart!
