In your request, include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your doorstep. You simply need to handover the courier to them.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@factorybuy.in with your Order Number and photos of the issue. Finally, a headset with a good microphone

I am not a music afficiando. Use this to listen to music and take calls. Works well for both purposes. Most Bluetooth headsets have a poor mike, with the voice sound tinny, and picking up ambient sounds that ought not to be picked up. Basically it is auditory he'll for the person at the other end of a call with Bluetooth headsets, but not with this one. I am able to take Office calls and Co firmed with friends that this is not tinny, overly sensitive, or relaying ambient sounds too much. The controls are too many and fiddly. There is an app to set them, thankfully. I used to use a Sony wired noise cancellation headset earlier (still use it when taking calls at home). It is an old one (7 years), but I feel that the noise cancellation in that is better than this one. To be sure, no complaints on noise cancellation here. It is pretty good for the price point, I would say. Voulme controls etc. work well and as expected. Did not try the ambient noise feature. The cups are okay, but I find the Sony cups more comfortable. Then again the Sony headsets were 3x more expensive. It is a credit to this product that I am comparing this with a much more expensive headset, with the proven technology of wires carrying the signals.

If you are looking forward to the anc of this headphones it's a trash I can even hear peoples far from me chatting with the anc on and the office chatters are clearly audible .It's nothing like what's advertised in their website . But if you are just focusing on sound quality it's good and I feel scammed after purchasing this i bought this because of trust in jbl now it's gone -BUY SOUNDCORE HEADPHONES CHEAPER THAN THIS AND BETTER ANC THAN THIS

Best headphones at the price range but poor delivery service.

The JBL Live 770NC headphones are absolutely fantastic in terms of sound quality, comfort, and features. The noise cancellation is impressive, the bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the battery life easily lasts over 40 hours with ANC on. The build feels premium, and the earcups are comfortable for long listening sessions. If you're into immersive audio and reliable performance, this is a great choice.However, my experience with Amazon’s delivery service was disappointing. My order was delayed unnecessarily, and to make matters worse, the delivery partner falsely reported that I was unavailable for delivery—even though I was home all day. The order was then cancelled without any real attempt to contact me, which is unacceptable for a major e-commerce platform. It's frustrating when poor logistics overshadow a great product.Summary: JBL 770NC is worth every penny, but Amazon’s delivery partner needs to be held accountable for fake delivery attempts and lack of customer consideration.

Writing review after one month of regular usage:1. The product durability is best with best headphones cushion and fram quality.2. Very comfortable and so silent in ANC mode that it feels like you are in another world with no one a complete silence.3. The mic quality is best I have been using it for all my meetings and also connected with my phone for all calls and quality is superb of every call.4. You get so many modes and the bass mode is awesome which gives theatre like experience.I have never regretted buying this headphone.
