I made pierogi from scratch for my husbands birthday and these were suggested to me. They worked really well but just felt a bit “loose” at the hingest and kinda noisey but did the job great.

These worked surprisingly well. I brought for an event I had to make 500 empanadas, the handle broke after maybe making 300. But was still able to close them without the handle. I don’t think anybody buying will be making that many at once, but overall I was impressed with it

great fixture !! It is very easy to make homemade ravioli. The dough does not stick to the mold, I sometimes wipe it with a dry paper towel. It is not necessary to sprinkle with flour, the filling fits a little less than a teaspoon. Everything happens quickly, easily, effortlessly! And yes, it really is stainless steel !! Highly recommend.
