1. Our Return Policy (7-Day Window)
You haveΒ 7Β calendar daysΒ from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for ReturnΒ To be eligible, the item must beΒ NewΒ and meet the following conditions:
Condition:Β The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
Packaging:Β It must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags attached.
Proof of Purchase:Β It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please email us atΒ support@factorybuy.inΒ or send a WhatsApp message toΒ +91 8068081705Β to request a return authorization.
In your request, include yourΒ Order NumberΒ and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, our delivery partner willΒ collectΒ the item from your doorstep. You simply need to handover the courier to them.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact usΒ within 48 hours of deliveryΒ atΒ support@factorybuy.inΒ with your Order Number andΒ photosΒ of the issue. For such cases, you will receive a full refund, and the fees mentioned below will not apply.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and gift cards. If an item is "final sale," it will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Refunds
Inspection and Approval:Β Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:Β If approved, your refund will be processedΒ within 7 daysΒ to your original payment method.
Fee Deductions for Non-Defective ReturnsΒ For returns of non-defective products (e.g., you changed your mind), aΒ return shippingΒ feeΒ ofΒ βΉ100Β will be deducted from your refund. This is the only fee deducted for a non-defective return.
COD Refunds:Β For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as credit, minus any applicable fees.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new, separate order for the item you want.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. We recommend contacting us withinΒ 6 hoursΒ of placing your order for the best chance of successful cancellation.
