I had apprehension when placing order as some reviewers said they got generic brand, not Nivia. I guess itdepends on seller. I bought from the seller RetailEZ and i received orignial Nivia product. Better check seller ratings before placing order. The quality of the ball is good as expected from Nivia and the pump is alos of good qaulity. I was imagining a easy a delicate pump. But the pump is of good quality. It takes a lot of effort to inflate the ball with the pump. You may use your feet to pump. I tired both the included pump and also a balloon blower machine. Using balloon blower machine is much quicker. But we can't deflate with baloon blower machine.Note: on the pump, blue nozzle is for inflating the red nozzle for deflating. This is mentioned on a thin plastic sticker put on the pump. I almost missed the printed instruction.I am 5.6" tall and weigh 51 kg. 65 cm is big for me. There is no smaller size. Some other brand has size 55 cm, but not Nivia.
Best product h me 6-7years se bapne clinic me daily use kr rhi hu bahut acha h abhi tak koi problem nahi hua
Good size and air capacity
Ball may not look visually sturdy but so far has worked pretty fine. The foot pump supplied is of cheap quality, the connecting air hose keeps blowing out as air pressure in ball increases. Will require multiple attempts to connect ti get the required fill. Still not sure if I was able to inflate to desirable pressure, may require taking to some cycle shop for trying to fill more air. Their is no air valve in the ball, you have to quickly take out air pump hose and plug it in with a plastic plug (provided with the ball). This again requires skilful handing or air pressure will be lost while you fidget with the plug.
Was initially skeptical about making this purchase but since it is a Nivia product and they were offering a free foot pump I did buy it. The foot pumps is kinda fidgety and sensitive but the yoga ball is really durable and sturdy, I am currently 101kgs and it takes my weight like a charm. I like getting into chakrasan and doing reverse back poses with this yoga ball. My father has taken a lot of interest in the yoga ball too which is why I give 5star.
