Works well. Suction is good, cloth is nice, well thought of design, transforms into self-containing bag.However, their product packaging is bad. The carton is cheap and and lamination is bad. I got two of them, and both looked they were opened before because the cardboard was torn, and the lamination was chipped.

This thing's awesome; cleanup's a snap. Makes cleaning way easier... totally worth it. Only thing is, the arms are kinda exposed, so hair gets stuck. More covering would be great. The suction cups stick well to my tiles. I had a problem once, but I just cleaned the tiles, dried 'em, and it stuck fine. One of the best purchases I made.
