I was looking for something I can fit in a decorative box on my mantle. The first one I ordered had a defective charging port, but I had no problem getting a replacement quickly.I haven’t had it for long, but I have no complaints yet. I mostly wanted to include the picture with the measurements for others’ reference

Great product. I appreciated the sweet note from the seller. However, when fully charged, the indicator lights remain on, which should turn off per instructions.

Preemptive customer service! This product met my standards, and was packaged by employees with disabilities. Some will call that DEI, but I call it decency, compassion and integrity. Works Great. This is my second time buying. First one lasted a good 2.5 to 3 yrs. It's good quality. I use it for candles only. It does require regular wiping of the tip.
